Our property is a quiet, family-oriented community located just 10 minutes from New Orleans Central Business District. We are centrally located in the Terrytown subdivision, next to supermarkets, shopping centers, and restaurants.
Acadian Village is a well-landscaped property of 236 apartments, ranging from two to four bedrooms, some of which have washer/dryer connections. We have ample parking per apartment.
Starting in 2006, Acadian Village has been completely renovated inside
and out including new roofs on all buildings, brand new appliances,
plumbing and electrical fixtures and flooring in all apartments.
